I would like to change the action of the left wheel of the steering wheel in radio mode on a 2011 A4 Premium+. Currently if you scroll the wheel up/down it moves the selector to the next radio station and then you have to click the wheel to select the station for it to move to that station. I would like the wheel to act like the arrows buttons on the actual radio ( or like the wheel did on my 2006 A4 ). Click it up or down and it just moves to the next radio station ( i.e. it is not a two step action ).

I have not found any easy configuration change for this in the interface itself, so I am wondering if I got a vagcom cable if this can be changed? Or some other method, I would be up for whatever would do the job. Does anyone have any information on this?

 

Did you ever get this figured out? I am looking to do something similar to my AUDI A3. Did you end up getting the VAGCOM cable?
