Cuffs and collar not matching. (fogs and headlights.)
Pertaining to an '04 A6 2.7t S line, I have a two part question. I know I'm being ****, but this really bugs me...
1: On all of the Audi's I've owned the fog lights have a distinctive yellow cast to them while the headlights are a brilliant white. I've tried installing silverstars in all four but the color is still yellow which leads me to believe the fog's lens/reflector is the culprit.
Does anyone know of a fix for this?
2: I do a lot of long distance late night driving and love the fact that I can currently see road signs 2.5 miles away on a straight stretch with the highs on.... But I don't understand why the fogs go off when I turn the highs on. It seems like there must be a relay cutoff switch or something that does this. Where is that switch and can it be bypassed?
