Dash speaker panel issue

Dash speaker panel issue
The right side speaker cover/panel is separating from the dash ( please see attached). I tried pushing it in but it wouldn't stay in place. I am hoping it is an easy fix or covered by warranty since it is a body work issue. Any ideas/suggestions will be much appreciated.
