Default Dashcam recommendations

Hi there,
I'm contemplating purchasing a dashcam for my car, and I wanted to know which one has been the most worthwhile for you guys that happen to have them installed.
Would you recommend one that plugs in through the fuse box, or plug in through the cigarette lighter receptacle?
Also...do any of you have dash-cams that are somehow integrated to your cars OEM back-up camera? Do you have the dash-cam that faces the rear at all?
I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Thanks!

Mercylion are really good - and cost the money to 'prove it'. I personally have a Mercylion Audi dashcam - it's been great since day 1. Easy to use with one exception that is the case for many dashcams - the Micro SD card needs to be formatted in FAT32 with 32kb cluster size. The camera will format smaller cards (32gb or less I believe), but for larger cards like the 128gb I use, you need to format them elsewhere and then put them in the camera. I personally use Partition Master to take care of this issue.

I've got a blackvue dr900x-2ch and it's been solid. Front and rear cams, good night vision. Bit pricey tho.
