ECU amplifier for 2016 Audi TT Roadster B&O sound system

I had a leak and now my sound does not work. I have been advised I need a new ECU Amp is this true or can it be fixed?
Can any one help me please?
I need to know best place for a repair or replacements and any approximate costs please.
