Default HID lens question

hey guys, ive tried searchign but nothing helpful came up

anyways i just bought my a4 about 2 weeks ago....after finally getting some time in the engine bay, i found it has Bosch HID ballasts installed there, and wires are just hanging around the bay

so it seems like the previous owner had HIDs in there but removed them and put stock stuff in to make some money back probably

ive never had HIDs on a car before so correct me if i am wrong but all i now need are the bulbs and the projector lenses right?

are there any good aftermarket lens companies or should i search for stock ones?

thanks!

You can actually just install an HID upgrade kit in your existing headlight housings. Just identify the type of bulbs your stock lights use and go to www.cqlights.ca to order a set. That will come with 2 ballasts, 2 HID capsules, and all the wiring you need. The installation is pretty straightforward. There is no need to get the expensive projectors used in newer cars.
