How do i set my 2004 A4 to run with only fogs on??? Right now they can only be on with the headlights, but you can pull the headlight **** to the fog position but they don't turn on???? How do I get this to work?

 

not familiar with 04 a4's but i know on the B5s4 you need to open the light board behind the glove box and solder a wire from one of the pins to another so you can have independant fogs. If its possible on the 04, i owuld goto audiworld and search their forum they have all the tech tips and how to's stickied.

Correct, with the B6 A4, all you have to do is change a setting in the Central Electronicsmodule via VAG COM to "Rest of World" (0xxx1) instead of US (0xxx3), and the fogs can run independent of the low beams.

 

Can this be done on a 04-A6-3.0 quattro? I hate not being able to run with just fogs.
