install sirius radio in 2006 ad with bose

does anyone know the details on how to do it? I saw some details in this forum but i cant find it anymore. anybody know how to swap out modules and where it is

I was told not to do it because it uses an fm frequency not hard wired in and the attenas on the bose systems are tiny and suck.

what does that mean? what antenna for bose?
