Default installing aftermarket remote central locking

Hello

Car in question is A4 b5 -97

I bought a aftermarket remote central locking unit a while back, now i finally have the time to install it. The problem is i have never really worked on cars electronics, but in general i have done some electrics as hobby so i know thing or two

Firsty i located the central locking unit in the trunk right side, found the wires i need (open= grey/white close=brown/grey)

Then i continued on and stripped out enough to access fuse box and all the wiring, because i will be installing the unit near the fuse box or in the drivers door

Now i have to find the central locking wires and blinker wires, i found a wiring diagram and located blinker wires on it, but i still cant find central locking diagram anywhere. And im not sure how to read the wiring diagram, should there be markings on the sockets? one of the sockets must be for blinkers and but i dont know how to find it.

Another problems is i dont know where the central locking wires start at, i know they go on to floor to the trunk

My best guess is they are in the drivers door?

So which is the easiest way to identify all the right wires? and where are they located? and where should i take the 12 volts? straights from the battery?
