I just bought a 2007 A4 3.2 quattro with the audio (bose) and convenience package, and it has the bluetooth and Sirius thing too. I had them add the ipod interface. So everything works (inc blackberry phone) except the Sirius radio. I activated Sirius, I get the channels, but it starts to play then sound cuts out. Does this with and without the ipod connected, with and without the bluetooth phone connected. What is the problem?

 

Aha - problem is that the dealer did not tell me that the ipod uses the Sirius port on the radio so it disables Sirius. I think I am telling them to take the ipod connection out and give me back my $

 

I had the same problem on my '07 A4. Found this:

Took me about an hour of work (the hard part is running the wire to the trunk). I have had it installed for about a year and it works great w/ both iPod and Sirius. There is a SAT_PASS_1 for older A4s, this one will only work w/ 2007 and 2008 models.
