Default Maybe a relay I don't know about ...

Car stalled while driving and when I tried to crank it back up it sounds like the starter is just spinning , not engaging. I took the starter out and got it tested and it tested good so I put it back and tried it again with the same results so I bought a new one and got same results . I've checked all my fuses and relays that I know of and I've cleaned all battery connections . The flywheels teeth look great and timing belt a little loose to my liking but it's on and doesn't seem to have jumped. It's throwing wastegate bypass regulator, open circuit code along with ,mass or volume air flow A circuit low , bank1 sensor 2 internal resistance too high , engine coolant temperature sensor1 circuit range/performance , k1-30 power supply voltage too low , and random multiple misfire detected. Any advice at all at this point would be awesome.

Did I not post this right or is the answer to my problem just really easy and I don't see it? Every forum has at least 1 dude that answers every post right or wrong he still says something. And..that guy isn't even responding to my post. What am I doing wrong here lol . I have a great sense of humor btw no anger here . Just putting that out there cause I guess I text bad and people always think I'm mad or gripeing at them . All smiles here
