I have a 2001 TT with the Bose radio......last week I put a large box in the car and drove home.....the box was hitting the radio during the entire ride.....now the radio says "Phone" and I cannot get it to go to radio......I have tried pulling the fuse, disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes.....any other suggestions? thanks!

have u tried holding the menu button down and see if that changed anything. just a suggestion.

 

I fixed it.......when I bought the car in 2001, I had the Audi Phone installed.....after a few months, cell phones became very popular......so I disconnected it........no problems until recently......a friend had given me the keys to remove the radio......today, I pulled the radio and disconnected the phone wires from it, by removing one harness at a time.....and now the radio works!!!!!!
