Default Need Help with Bose concert system

I got a 1998 audi a6 sedan. It has the Bose Concert system with amp & sub in back right in the trunk. It also has the 6 disc cd changer in the back left of trunk but i am not using it due to i am using an aftermarket Head unit( Sony cdc gt34). Now what i want to know is, what is the best way to add an aftermarket amp and subwoofer. I have a 800 watt amp and two 10inch subs. Should i just hook up everything like normal because there is an extra blue wire behind the Head unit? Or should i tap into the factory bose amp somehow? Or should i just gut all the Bose system out and rewire and add aftermarket speakers?

Leave the Bose system in and if you are wanting to install the amp and subs just hook it up like normal. Don't try tapping into the Bose amp. Also when running the power for the amp it the easiest to run it through the ecu box. That way you don't have to drill the fire wall and possibly damage any wiring.
