problems with 1985 5000s....

problems with 1985 5000s....
wondering if anybody knows what's wrong if the following symtoms occur:
no turn signals
no windshield wipers
no power windows
no readout on ac (and ac does not work)
all the first 14 fuses work fine, but the rest down the panel don't light up (with a test light)
clock doesn't work on dash
