Just bought a 2000 A6 2.7t, doing timing belt service. there is a purple wire connector on the driver front, with a bunch of others, that you are instucted to disconect. the purple one has a brown and a red/grey wire inside the sheath going froward with the rest, to the front radiator area. mine has been ripped off towards the front. nothing seemingly for it to go to. Anyone know what its suppossed to go to?
