My FM and Sirius reception is terrible.. I was thinking maybe something wasn't plugged in right, because my car is a theft recovery, and I was thinking maybe the radio was stolen, and not put back in 100% properly.

So far I checked the connections to the sirius tuner in the trunk, and all of the connections in the headliner on top of the rear window.

My FM reception is ok only right in the Metro area, get out of the city area a little bit, and the reception is terrible. The sirius comes in and out constantly

Is the Shark fin for both of the FM and the Sirius? Is there any way to test to see if my antenna is working properly? and lastly, is there any other antenna connections up in the console or the dash for the radio? Maybe something up there isn't [plugged in properly.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
