im somewhat sound sys challenged but im trying. so please have mercy on me. where is the stock amp in a 2005 a4 quattro w/ bose sys and how do i take out the subwoofer in the back, n da rear deck too. pleaaaaase help, im new here too.

 

i think its in the rear. if u open the trunk there should be a lid on the passenger side. the sub is in a black plastic box, that also contains the amp. to get that mess out, you gotta remove the plastic panel thats around the hood latch, then the entire side panel and start removing the mess in the back there. im planning to do the same thing in my car. look for posts from me in the near future. ill post photos of my install. im redoing the whole thing
