where i can find single wire instructions/manuals for audi a3 2003 or any other audi model?

I have problem with my car's "radio 8 pin black"-connector. Its ignition-cable has too low voltage, it should be around 12Volt when power is on but in my case the voltage is only 2.3volt and the radio doesnt wake up such low voltage.

Now i would like to find where this "ignition"-cable is connected inside my car before my radio so i could measure where this voltage drop comes (instructions to uninstall covers etc. would be also helpful)? also it would help me to find fuse for this "ignition"-cable?
