Default window auto down, auto up function not working

I just replaced the battery in my 2004 Audi TT Quattro and now the auto-up and auto-down window functions don't work. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

Without using a VAG COM to check/recode the module, I think if you hold the switch to put the window up for a couple seconds seconds after the window is all the way up, it will reset that setting. Someone else may be able to answer better though.

Whenever my windows encounter something that stops them, i.e. hit my arm as they are going auto-up, it seems to reset the auto-up/auto-down feature. But if I hold the switch for a couple extra seconds after the window is up, it usually fixes this issue.

That worked! I took it all the way down and held the button for 5 seconds then took it all the way up and held it for a few seconds. Problem solved. Thanks!
