Started happening a few weeks ago. Whenever I get in, start my car, and go to put the windows down they don't work. After I drive around for a while they work again. Also, when I close the door the interior lights stay on for a while even after I've begun to drive. What could be the problem? Fuses are good, battery has plenty of juice, so I'm clueless as to why its doing this. My car is a 1999 a4 2.8 quattro.
