I have a 2007 A3 S Line that I bought recently. It is the symphony system non Bose, no nav and I think no TPS (can't tell). It didn't have SAT but did have the shark fin so I did some reading and it looked easy to install yourself as the car is pre wired for it. I purchased a 8E0 057 593A brand new from from ebay, the seller checked my VIN # and said it will work. The install was very simple and I made the connection in the passenger kick panel. The system recognized the module right away so I went on line and activated the radio. Now I see the stations the songs but get no audio... I double checked the connections and they are fine and everything else works including the ipod adapter in the glove compartment that works as a multi CD changer. WTF!!!

Any one have any idea's on what the issue can be... VAG COM programming??? faulty unit??? wrong unit?? This should have been plug and play as almost everyone had no problem with this. I did see a few people that had my same issue but there was no answers on how they resolved it. Any ideas would be helpful.
