April of this year I started a thread "why does my hood paint chip?" or wording close to that. Anyhow, it's been determined that the hood had been repainted and evidently no record in Car Fax. Anyhow...my local Audi dealer will do the job for their cost ($600 ???)!

Not gonna' do it. What I did do was buy the Dr. Color Chip kit to repair the chips. Color is Ibis White.

Anyone ever used the Dr. Color Chip set-up?

Note: these are 10 or 12 small paint chips. There is no indication that there are any chips caused by debris, stones, etc. Merely the paint chipped. Size varies from a match tip to the size of a pencil eraser.
