Default Audi A5 Modification Help!!

hey all, my first post here so be gentle.. will be getting my hands on a 2010 audi a5 sportback 2.0 TDI (my brothers not mine unfortunatly) and have a budget of about €1,200 to do modifications, looking to lower it, put on a set of 19's trying to get the brushed aluminium mirrors, a lip spoiler for the rear but not sure what wheels and springs would be the best (and cheapest obviously) if you have any ideas it'd be greatly appreciated,
Here's a link to the wheels i was thinking of putting on it, let me know what you all think.

I need to know about the suspension mods as soon as possible please...
