Hey all,
Same message posted on A4 board...

I'm looking at new tires, reading through some old posts and trying to hear any thoughts from people who have run either of these tires. I'm changing wheel size to 18" and moving to 235-40-18. Currently I'm running a set of 235-35-19 Falken FK451s on my '01 A4 1.8T and I've been happy with them for 20K miles.

Any comments good or bad will be helpful. Thanks.

Stick with falken, while kumhos are good for the money, falken IMO are better tires

 

switched from Kumho to Falken and I did well...

 

I have kumho's and there a good tire never had falken's
