Default one really stupid problem

Ok, i got a 2003 a4 quattro, supposed to be great in snow and it is, but i found one really stupid flaw that i cant think of how to fix. Im 17 and i like to drift around in winter, but snow builds up in my wheels and unbalances them and causes a hell of a vibration at about 50, like ridiculous vibration, i know its the snow in the wheels because when i clean it out it goes away, i am thinking about waxing the inside of the rims or mabey wd40 but by brakes may not be a good idea. im at a loss as whats a good way to fix this, i have stock audi rims, any help is immensely appreciated, thanks
