Default Will a repaired body panel have a shorter lifetime?

Hi

I found a used A6 that has all the options I need but there is one issue. The car has had a minor damage to the rear side panel. This has been repaired and is not visible, but is there a bigger chance that this part will start to rust in 5-10 years? Or is this panel just as good as the rest of the car.
The car is half a year old and has been used by an employee at a VW dealer in Germany, so there repair has been done by a proper workshop.
From what I can find this panel is steel and not aluminum.

So group: would you buy or avoid?
