Default Headlight lens fogged up

One of the headlight lens on my 2001 Audi A6 Quattro is all fogged up. Can I purchase the lens separately or do I have to buy the whole headlight assembly? Is this a DIY project w/no special tools on hand?

Is there actual moisture in the lens itself?

My halos fogged up as well, apparently what the aftermarket companies do is crack one of their seals so we have to go buy a new set through them as a way to make more money. Before you go and take apart the light, unscrew the light so its out of the car itself, take a hairdyer and dry out any of the access moisture, then take sealent, and reseal the whole light along the seams. Its exactly what I did, took about 10 min, and I haven't had a problem since.
