Whats up with the 60 time between reporting SPAM???

And, while were at it, WTF is up with NOT DELETING OLD SPAM? It gets reported and... what? Nothing?

 

It goes to moderator e-mails, if they have e-mails turned on.

 

Ok.. I see that and understand, I mod and admin several sites and deal with it everyday.But, if the mods dont have the time or desire to actually do something about it, pass the baton.

And, the 60 sec spam reporting should be shortened. If it take an hour to report the spam that is rampant lately, it'll never get reported.

 

Yea the spam has been out of control lately. Someones dropped the ball.

 

We recently added a mod, or two, so it should get better, little by little. Of course, we've got the spam-jumpers game going on, so scored on threads will linger until the game ends at the end of this month. After that I'll personally see to it's removal, or annoy those that are respnsible for deleting threads!

 

Well, its just annoying when I get more crap in my e-mail from here that are spam posts (and thus by-pass the filters), than I get actual spam.

 

im working hard trying to remove all the spam i can. i get tons literally tons of emails of reported spam and time permitting i check them and deal with them.
