Im wondering how long the ko3 on a 99 1.8 a4 will last? Guys selling a standard with about 197000 mles on the car, so the ko3 as well. Ive heard all sorts of arguments on how long other turbos last, but really their just arguments=) also i know (pretty sure) that these turbos are set more toward the long hall,economy,and have a low output, from what ive heard. Car does have a boost gauge-the ones you just poke in-so ill also have to take into consideration what boost hes set. Has an intercooler, just saying as well. I really like the car, more than my avant, but this is a big concern of mine. havent got ahold of my mechanic, so im hoping you guys can help me out. thanks in advanced.
