Quick question, are you getting foamy bubbles in the reservoir after the rack was replaced? If this is the case the system is ready the problem is the reservoir. There is a small mesh filter molded into the bottom of the PS reservoir that breaks apart when pressure is restored to the system. When this happens the system will work but bubbles and foam will be present and the reservoir should be changed. Hope this helps, let us know. Don't work to hard over the weekend; changing the rack was a big job.
