1996 a4 sputtered , now it wont start...it has pleny of gas...any suggestions?

 

check to see if the gas is reaching the engine? and see if you are getting spark to the sparkplugs and also if you have compression? good luck!

 

Check to hear if the fuel pump comes on when you turn the key to on. Could be the fuel relay or pump. Also your vehicle is equipt with obdII. If you have an engine light, Advanced auto will check the code for free. It may be your ciol pack. if you have an owners manual, it would be helpfull to locate the relay on the plate onder the dash left of steering column. let me know if you can find the fricken turn sgnal relay will ya! I dont have a manual. Aeronut.
