Default 1997 Audi 2.8L Electrical problems...

I have just a couple issues, I purchased a car yesterday, got a GREAT deal on it, and it has a couple electronic issues.

First, when I turn on the right turn signal, and press the break, the signal speeds up like there is a bulb out. When I get out and look at the tails (right side) while someone pushes it, it still blinks but it fades out some and the whole tail light blinks lol.

Second, the gas guage will read correctly, and a minute later it will drop, then go back to where it is suppose to be. I was thinking it was a floater problem, but usually it will bounce all over.

Finally, 3rd, I have a driverside window issue. It rolls down fast, but goes up slowly. The seller told me when it gets wet it usually stops. I am familiar with the set up to a Jetta, same year, and their windows run off vacuum, and didn't know if this was the same.

If anyone can help me out, I would highly appreciate it.

Thanks so much for your time and patience.

Bump, anyone??

Also, there have been aftermarket headlights and tail lights put in, Could this be part of a reason, and any ideas where to begin?? Also a very weird part is, when my hazards are on, that is the only way my signals work, and when I turn them off (hazard light is off) they are not functional. So on/off hazards are not functional, only make it where my signals are functional or not lol.
