I've heard of people reusing the TTY bolts with no issues. Frankly, I hate the stupid things. Yes, they may be more "advanced" in their design but.. I think it's more a bean counter element than anything.
As far as the torque value on the heads, I would say they are probably close enough to each other as to not make a difference. What year model are you talking about and I'll see I can dig anything up.
