So i drove to work fine today. Car seemed to be running perfect. Go to get in it today, drivng down road still seems fine. All of a sudden CEL blinks, the is power loss in the car. Had to get it home, and had to ride clutch high. Finally get it home and seemed there was smoke coming out of some tank that is to the left underneath the engine. It was a bright orange color. Does this sound like a radiator??? Anyone have any comments or any idea what it could/should/may be???

 

have it scanned for fault codes and a picture of the offending item would help

 

A flashing ECL can mean bad misfires and serious motor issues. Definitely look at it with a vag cam
