New to forum..

I bought my kid a 2006 Audi A3 in 2013, it has 117,000 miles. Always do the oil change and up keep. Great car for my son, never any issues. Tonight the MIL light came on and when in auto mode it has no power and is bogging, wont go past 3000 rpm. He said he put it in manual and it ran better in a higher RPM but the MIL light started flashing so he stopped.. Any idea's what the problem could be ?

 

Fault codes would help. If you have a P310b fault stored for low fuel pressure. I would recommend replacing fuel pump and filter. If you have misfire faults then it could be spark plugs or ignition coil issue.
