Is it normal for no cold air for 3-10 min the first time you start the car in the morning? I am experiencing this problem, took it to the dealer and they tell me this is normal, cked all functions all ok. Once the vehicle is warm, you start getting cold air within 30 sec or so , even after stopping, being out of the car for 20 min, then restarting. It's only when the vehicle is cold. Car is in So. Cal, so it's 95 degrees today. The dealer says that ambient temp is the reason? Never heard of this as my Honda's and Fords I own give cold air almost instantly regardless of the outside temp. If anyone else has this car and say's ya, this is how it is then I would feel better. Bought the car used in Dec. of 2013, so it was cold and I'm sure I don't remember it acting like this. No fun sweating in a car for 5-10 min while it blows hot air! not even a little cold. I am going to try looking in the AM and see if the compressor is delayed in starting if possible.
