Default 98 Audi a4 Quattro sputtering at low R's

Hi i have a 98 Audi A4 quattro, 2.8, 30V, stick. I have a problem with this car jumping at lower R's....if im just driving around granny driving and short shifting (like switch from first to second and keeping R's under 2g) it will sputter/jump. And once in a while it will even do a small backfire. But if i nail it it runs fine. Any suggestions?

When was the last time a tuneup was performed?

Have you tried cleaning the Throttle body?

No have not cleaned tb, but does have fresh tuneup. Im leaning more towards a fuel problem. Because it only does it while driving, doesnt do it if I just rev it.

The throttle body is part of the fuel delivery system. I suggest it's worth a shot.

I had that on my 99 2.8qm. Turned out to be a couple fouled spark plugs.

Another thing i was thinking maybe vacuum? after realizing the sputtering, Ive also scanned it, im misfiring in all cylinders in right bank, my heater doesn't blow hot while idling, power locks don't work. Doesn't all of this relate to vacuum? I did all the vacuum lines right behind manifold, just cant seem to find all the other possible vacuum. Any suggestions would be great thanks.
