Recently bought a beautiful metallic black A6 Avant, problem is windows, powr roof, door locks have all stopped working, windows in down position. Fuses seem okay, power is going to main window switch but test light is dim on most connections. Wondering if it is grounding problem. Is there a pdf file available for wiring diagrams? Foundpart of a mouse nest under hood, worried about possible damage. Any help out there, ideas, anything. Thanks.

 

if you can get a hold of a multi meter that will be your best bet. a dim test light doesnt tell you much, it could very well be the test light thats got a poor connections, and its tough to tell voltages from the brightness.. once you confirm that there is low voltage in the circut, then try to find a poor ground or bad connection somewhere.
