a3 , passenger window won't go up

my partner and mum in law are in blackpool me in devon and the window won't go up.
Any quick fixes? Please help i bet they're cold. Emma

I also had the same dillema, front passenger window, I had to replace the window regulator. Now within three weeks of that I have to replace the rear driver regulator also. They just broke?
