Default A4 Overheating/heating problems/fans not working

Hello. I own Audi A4 1996 1.9 it is overheating and the tempreture doesent change inside the car what should i do? At service i was told to clean the cooling sythem and swich termostat which i did but nothing helped, after that fans stoped working properly only one turns on at 105*c out off 120 but everyone told me the tempreture shouldnt go over 90*c. I am at pickle right here so i would apriciate any sugestions on what i should do to fix it.

what hapened: Audi couldnt keep the steady rotation off the engin while it wasnt mwing and kept shuting off even when i lowered the speed it suhut off so i went to nearest servic, so they said to me that my exausthion fume detectore was broken and the pc couldnt keep track so i ordered the part and changed. Oke now the bad part. i changed the exhoustion fum detector but now my car started to overheat. I go to service again they say my termostat isnt working properly i need to change it and clean the cooling systhem. Oky i went and did that. But now my car is still overheating and not even the heat comes inside the car. And the service couldnt help me enymore they say they dont know the reason whitout examinating the car but i do not have the means to pay for their work sadly.
