Default a4 v6 30v from 2001 School Project

Hi, I am looking for information on a a4 v6 30v from 2001,
It is a School Project, the engine need to run smooth and trouble free without any foult codes at the end of the year,
we have little diffuculty putting everything together.
I need to knoz which cabels are needed only to run the engine,
which ones I need remove from cabel loom that came out from underneat the dashboard and the cabel going to fuel pump.
Does that engine have any problems from factory that need to checked.
Any information is appiciated.
Sorry for my bad English, Here are some pics. will be updating with more detailed questions
