A6 Intermittent Wiper Relay

Where is the wiper relay on a 1996 A6 located? It looks as though a VW "programmable" relay is compatible.

Are you getting it from a audi vw dealership? They parts department can pull up a picture of it's location and show you and possibly print it out if they are nice.

I don't think there is a relay directly for the wiper motor, if its an intermittent problem you probably have a control module problem switching on the wiper motor on and off. I think its the vehicle central electrics control module.
