Accessing Tech Service Bulletins

Anyone know where I can get a free copy of a tech service bulletion? Note my 10/5 posting 'Check engine light' Need TSB010406

Try that website. There is also a list of tsbs on this site. What exactly is the problem? Catalytic converter faults? If so there is indeed a reflash to correct that problem.
