Aftermarket Speed Sensor fitting - Help!
Hi Guys - newbie here, hope someone can help.
I just bought a Brantz International 2 Pro tripmeter to fit to my A3 tdi.
Item 18 here http://http://www.donbarrow.co.uk/br...ripmeters.html
This is a great accessory for ultra accurate distance measuring on rallies etc. I use one on my Lancia Fulvia 1.6HF in the UK for rallies.
So I just bought one last week in the UK, as I'm organizing a small road rally here in N Cal, together with the speed sensor probe (09). This is meant to pick up pulses from the front or rear disc rotor mounting bolts, and they say you have to make a bracket.
But looking at the actual car this morning - its much more difficult (like impossible) to get this probe mounted.
Has anyone had experience in this kind of thing? Any and all suggestions much appreciated!
Thanks Paul
