AHA vs AFA

AHA vs AFA
I am trying to buy some spark plugs and I came across a category for the A4 Quattro 2.8 V6 that separate between AHA and AFA. How do I know if my car is an AHA or AFA?
Thanks,
What's your recommendation for the spark plugs?

RE: AHA vs AFA
This can be found in the maintenance manual. There is a sticker on the iside of the cover page.
You will also need a long socket wrench and a magned to get the spark plug out. I recently got Boch, platnum plated, and it's been working fine.

RE: AHA vs AFA
That's the same car I have. It has the AHA motor designation. I use 10W 30 in the winter and 10W40 in the summer. I do not recommend synthetic oil unless the car has always used it. The gaskets can be affected by the switch between oils (as told to me by an Audi Tech).
