I have a 1998 A6 Quattro. I have been thinking about putting a new air filter kit on it. I found this on ebay and it is only around $30 including shipping and handling. This sounds to cheap to be any good. Anyone used it or know anything about it? Thank you for your help.

 

That is what is referred to as a hot air intake as it picks up hot air from inside the engine compartment. I have no idea why you would want something like that because it really does nothing for performance.
