Am I low on AC freon?

Default Am I low on AC freon?
The outside temp is 93 F
Air coming out the vent was only 72 F
Low Side Pressure 25psi
High Side 215psi
At 1500 RPM
My AC never seems to get that cold, am i low on freon?
