starter relay is on a 01 allroad 2.7

if it even has one. this what going on car wont start battery and starter test fine. Turn the key acuators activate everthing is normal just no crank. ANy advise?

Push in brake pedal, go threw the gears on the trans, put back into park.

My thought is the trans lock.
