I though it was engine related but it's not it only happens under light loads and looked at a LOT of different vag logs, have the factory repair manual here.

It seem to only happen when the torque convert is in regulation once it locks all is well.

Also when in tip mode i can shift to 5th at around 35mph is this normal??

I check resistance on all solenoids from the TCU connector and they were all is spec.

I am NOT looking forward to changing this transmission.

I changed the filter and flushed the fluid at 80k, flushed it every year since
It's had 3 flushes total and now this!!

Needless to say i'm not thrilled about this
