Hi i got a 1996 audi a4 manual 2.8, any way it has a 1st gear ringing noise that needs to get fixed obviously. So i am looking at buying a 1999 audi a4 Avant for 600$ because it has been picked apart. It still has a manual transmission in it and was wondering if it would work if i took that manual transmission and just swapped it into mine?
